Bookings run from Saturday to Saturday in High and
Peak Season and are available for multiples of a week throughout
the season. During Mid and Low seasons flexible change over days and
shorter lets are available, which allow you to benefit from very cheap
airline flights. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Once you have made your reservation by phone or e-mail we
will send you a booking form that details our terms and conditions. This
should be completed and returned with a deposit.. The balance is
payable 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. In the case of
reservations made within this 8 week period, full payment will be required
with the booking form. A returnable security deposit of £200 is required when
you pay your full balance and will be returned to you within 2 weeks of your
stay.
