| Coquelicot was originally
one of two stone built farm houses on this fermette, and has
been converted into a roomy holiday residence providing up to
date facilities in a traditional setting. The property is entered across a private sheltered terrace, flanked by its own veranda. The terrace is equipped with a table and seating for 6 and has its own BBQ. A large parasol provides welcome shade from the sun and outdoor lighting provides the ideal ambiance for al-fresco dining. |

Through the front door
you find yourself in the heart of the property in the spacious
kitchen/diner. The kitchen is fitted and fully equiped to
make self-catering as easy as possible. There is plenty of
storage space, large gas oven, gas hob + extractor, microwave and
the all important dishwasher! The kitchen is supplied with all
the necessary implements to allow you to actually cook with ample tableware
including plasticware for children and for picnic use. The large table seats 6 easily with room for a high chair at the end away from cooking appliances. A highchair or childrens chair with booster seat is available on request. We also supply basic materials such as cling film, foil, herbs and spices. |

kitchen you come to the downstairs shower room and WC and bedroom
3 which can be fitted out either as a twin or double bedroom
depending on your parties needs. |

The
second bedroom is
located upstairs and can be accessed either from the kitchen stairway
or from the outside verander. This bedroom is conveniently situated
just off the lounge This bedroom is designed to offer comfort and tranquilty. Kept minimalist, but steeped in character with woodern floors and ceiling beams, it provides a cool and welcome retreat. There is space to put a cot/childs bed in this room on request. |
| Next to the bedroom
is the salon. This cool calm room offers ample seating for 6
and has Satelite TV, DVD and Video facilities. . A stairwell links
the salon to the kitchen. |

From the salon you go up into the attic space where you will find a wonderful bathroom fitted to a high spec with a freestanding bath wc and washbasin. This leads on to the master bedroom which is spacious and romantic. There is ample room to place either a child's bed or cot in the bedroom on request.
